Welcome to the rebellion, and witness the end of the Andor saga. ‘Rogue One: The Andor Cut’ sets out to re‑envision Rogue One: A Star Wars Story as the final finale and epilogue of the Andor series, as if it had been made afterwards. Musical pieces and leitmotifs from the show appear, pertinent flashbacks are inserted, and the tone and pacing are brought more in line with what audiences had grown accustomed to over the course of the two incredible seasons. ‘The Andor Cut’ is in no way attempting to replace or “one‑up” the official Rogue One film. On the contrary. It is simply a different approach to it. The original version is the events of Rogue One as seen through Jyn Erso’s perspective, and The Andor Cut is through Cassian Andor’s.
